This storm passed over Marlow 15 minutes after this photo
was taken causing a near panic amongst the spotters and
emergency officials. Fortunately, all the lowerings were not
rotating. Given that this was the first storm of the season,
it was understandable that magnitudes of rotation were
overestimated.
